Supplier Verification

For any service platform, verifying the service provider's identity is crucial. The TL Owner App by Truck Lagbe, designed for truck drivers and owners, previously allowed sign-ups without verification. While truck and driving license verification was required for trips, it posed challenges when the user was an owner but not the driver.

By verifying supply partners in compliance, we increased customer trust and investor interest, also reducing fraud by 30% and increasing the trip completion rate by 35%.

Creating effective route plans is crucial yet time-consuming for territory managers like 26-year-old Rakib Hasan. Responsible for optimizing operations and meeting sales targets, Rakib struggles with balancing costs, updating routes, and significant planning time.

The project resulted in over 2,000 annual man-hour savings, an 18% reduction in operational costs, and a 35% decrease in travel time.
